Heather Holm brings a rich variety of education and
experience to her web site design that helps her understand the needs
of a wide range of clients. Her experience in her own and other people's
small businesses gives her an empathy for the opportunities and contstraints
felt by small business owners. She has an Honours B.Sc. in Chemistry,
a Masters degree in Sociology, and a variety of other training including
courses at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Her writing skills
in English are excellent; she's comfortable in French and Spanish and
has some knowledge of German.

Etienne (Steve) Sepulchre is, among his other professional activities, our in-house French expert. His love of the French language was nurtured by a classical education in his native Belgium. With a Canadian law degree (Common Law) followed by postgraduate studies in legislation, and a lifetime interest in aviation, he has specialized in legal drafting, editing and writing, particularly for civil aviation concerns, as well as in legal translation. He is a highly skilled writer and translator, a part-time university professor and a school board trustee.
